实验室装修设计布局要做好的6件事

  你们知道么,试验室规划布局要做好6件事,即:平面规划、单台结构功用规划、给排水体系规划、电控体系规划、送风体系规划、排风体系规划。

  1.平面规划

  试验室规划的首要问题是安全性,这点在平面规划中尤为重要,因此有必要确保试验室内的通风流通、逃生通道畅通。试验室内的天平台与仪器台离墙要有40cm的间距,试验台过道有必要通向走廊,以便发生事端后的人员分散。

  这是试验室的基本体系之一,通常用电分为2部分,即:照明电、动力电。其中,照明电用于试验室内的照明,动力电用于各类仪器设备用电、电梯、空调等的电力供应。

  试验室内的电源要沟通、直流兼备,插座也要单相、三相兼备,设有漏电维护开关、过载维护开关,且还有稳压要求。假如内设仪器分析试验室,还要有防电磁搅扰,接地和电磁。
  The power supply in the test room shall be connected and provided with both direct current and single-phase and three-phase sockets.   5.送风体系规划

  试验项目需求运用的气体有4种,即:不燃气体、惰性气体(氩气与氦气等)、易燃气体、助燃气体。这些气体经过输气管进入试验室,所以管线有必要密封。
  There are four kinds of gas required for the test project, namely: non combustible gas, inert gas (argon and helium, etc.), flammable gas and combustion supporting gas. These gases enter the laboratory through the gas pipeline, so it is necessary to seal the pipeline.
  6.排风体系规划
  6. Exhaust system planning
  试验项目有或许发生有害气体,因此排风至关重要。试验室规划的排风体系规划既要安全,又要节能。具体来说,排风设备包含:通风柜、原子吸收罩、万向排气罩、吸顶式排气罩、台上式排气罩等。
  There may be harmful gases in the test project, so exhaust is very important. The exhaust system planning of the laboratory should be safe and energy-saving. Specifically, the exhaust equipment includes: ventilation cabinet, atomic absorption hood, universal exhaust hood, ceiling exhaust hood, bench exhaust hood, etc.
